Edge geometry

We pay special attention to the edge treatment and this is why we almost solely produce flat rolled steel with a previously determined cross section geometry.

sharp edges: angle = 90° (right-angled)
rounded off edges: with a defined radius (r < ½ thickness)
round edges: radius ≈ ½ thickness
cambered edges: with a defined radius (r > ½ thickness)
angled edges: angle < 90°
natural rolled edges
edges according to customer drawing

Additionally, we can also produce combinations (one round and one sharp edge for example) as well as special profiles.
